Compression for the first weeks after surgery

Stage 1 is the shortest and the most delicate part of recovery. What you need from a garment here isn’t shaping — it’s support you can actually live in: closures you can manage on your own, and fabric that stays soft against skin that’s still healing.

The fajas and bras open at the front, so you don’t have to lift your arms, and adjust across three rows of hooks as the swelling comes down. If you still have drains, look for our faja with drain access.

Every recovery is different. Ask your surgeon when it’s time to move to the next stage — or whether you should go down a size within the same stage first.
