We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its measurements and the size chart that applies to it. Colors can look different from one screen to another, and photographs are illustrative.
Choosing the right size is your responsibility, and we give you the tools to get it right: measure yourself following our sizing guidance and contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our garments are designed to support post-operative recovery, but we are not your doctor and we do not know your case. When to start wearing a compression garment, how many hours a day, which stage you are in and when to change size or garment are decisions for your surgeon or your treating physician.
Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Those products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially around a surgical procedure.
If you experience pain, numbness, tingling, skin damage or any symptom that concerns you while using one of our products, stop using it and contact your physician.
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and, if we do, we will contact you before charging you.
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, if we detect fraud, or if there was an error in the listing. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it.
