We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. These are intimate post-surgical garments and our hygiene standard does not allow us to take them back. All sales are final.
That is exactly why we push so hard on sizing: measure before you order, and message us if you are unsure. We would rather answer ten questions before the order than leave you with a garment you cannot use.
We are a small team. Allow up to 24 business hours for email. Instagram direct messages are usually faster, especially for sizing questions or help with an order in progress.
A post-op faja is designed to support your recovery: it helps manage swelling, supports circulation and lymphatic drainage, and holds and shapes the tissue while it heals.
That said, the instruction is always your surgeon's. When to start, how many hours a day and for how long depends on your procedure and on how your recovery is going.

Measure your waist and hips and compare them with the chart on that product, not with your usual clothing size. If they fall in different sizes, go by your hips for fajas and by your waist for waist trainers. Between two sizes, size up.

Stage 1 is the first and most delicate stretch, right after surgery. Stage 2 is the longest one: the swelling goes down and the garment is what shapes your final result. Stage 3 is maintenance, everyday wear to keep what you worked for.
When to move between them is your surgeon's call. Sometimes it is better to size down within the same stage before changing garments.
Black and Cocoa. Cocoa is a warm neutral that disappears under light clothing, which is why most people pick it for everyday wear.
It depends on the model. The open bust bodysuits are made to be worn with your own compression bra, and pair with the Support Bra with Sleeves or the Front-Closure Compression Bra. The full bust models already include the bust support.
Yes. The bodysuits have an open gusset with a zipper, so you do not have to undress or undo the front closure.
Turn it inside out, machine wash on gentle with cold water and mild soap, tumble dry on low. No fabric softener, no bleach, no dry cleaning and no ironing.

It depends on how much you wear it and how you wash it. If you wear one daily, having two to alternate makes them last considerably longer than one worn every day. Fabric softener and heat are what strip the compression fastest.
