When do I start wearing this faja?

It is a Stage 1 garment, made for the first stretch after liposuction, a tummy tuck or body contouring. Your surgeon decides that, based on your procedure and how your recovery is going. Follow their instructions on when to start and how many hours a day to wear it.

How do I choose my size?

Measure your waist and your low hip and compare them with the size chart, not your usual clothing size. If your waist and hips fall in different sizes, go by your hips. Between two sizes, always size up.

Does it have drain openings?

This model does not. If you still have drains, the Bodysuit with Drain Openings is the same garment with that access built in.

Can I use the bathroom without taking it off?

Yes. The gusset opens with a zipper, so you do not have to undress or undo the front closure.

How do I wash it?

Turn it inside out and machine wash on gentle with cold water and mild soap, then tumble dry on low. No fabric softener, no bleach, no dry cleaning and no ironing. Watch out for sharp fingernails, they snag the fabric.
