We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. These are intimate post-surgical garments and our hygiene standard does not allow us to take them back. All sales are final.
We know that is a strict policy, so we do everything we can to get your order right the first time: measure using How to measure, check the chart on the garment you want, and message us with any sizing question before you order.
