Sizing info

Finding your right size is important for comfort and performance.

Before you place an order, take a few minutes to measure yourself and match your measurements to the size chart above.

A few helpful tips:

  • Don’t go by your usual clothing size. Lipo Fajas sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes.
  • Use your current measurements. Bodies can change, especially during recovery, so measuring is more accurate than guessing.
  • Check the correct size chart for each garment. Different styles may use different size charts.
  • Between sizes? Always size up. If you are unsure, please contact us.

Recovery Bra FAQs

What is it for?
It is a compression bra for the early recovery phase after breast augmentation, lift, reduction or reconstruction. Your surgeon decides that, based on your procedure and how your recovery is going. Follow their instructions on when to start and how many hours a day to wear it.
How do I choose my size?
Measure yourself and compare with the size chart for this garment rather than going by your usual clothing size. Between two sizes, always size up.
How is it different from the bra with sleeves?
This one is sleeveless and focused on the chest. The Support Bra with Sleeves adds integrated sleeves and a reinforced back panel for arm compression and posture.
Will it ride up?
The under bust band is there to prevent exactly that and keep the garment in place.
How do I wash it?
Turn it inside out and machine wash on gentle with cold water and mild soap, then tumble dry on low. No fabric softener, no bleach, no dry cleaning and no ironing. Watch out for sharp fingernails, they snag the fabric.

Where are you in your recovery?

Your body needs something different in week one than in week eight. Start here.

Stage 1 faja in black, three-quarter sleeves, knee length, front view

Just out of surgery

Stage 1 · Weeks 0 to 4

Made to keep you comfortable right after surgery. Easy to put on, with fabric that holds you without digging in, and comfortable enough to sleep in.

Stage 2 sleeveless bodysuit in black, knee length, back view

Swelling going down

Stage 2 · Weeks 4 to 12

The longest stage of your recovery, and the one that shapes your final results. For when the swelling goes down and you’re back to your routine: it holds and shapes you without anyone noticing you have it on.

Check with your surgeon before changing stages. Sometimes it’s better to size down within Stage 1 first.
